BCBRA 4-D Barrel Race Summer Series

Barrel racing will have a big presence in the corridor this summer as Mount Currie's Lillooet lake Rodeo Arena prepares to host a summer series of weekend events sanctioned by the British Columbia Barrel Racers Association (BCBRA).

First event is scheduled for this weekend May 9 - 10, with subsequent races to follow on

May 30-31
june 13-14
June 27-28
July 11-12
July 25-26

Come and enjoy this fun sport, open to riders ranging in age from 6 - 60.

With 70 - 100 racers, barrel racing is a popular and fast-growing sport. Competitiors will come from Mount Currie, Pemberton, Whistler, Lillooet, Langley and beyond.

Come out to watch! Enjoy free admission, and there'll be a concession stand from Mario's on Main.

Race day begins 1:00 pm.
