 The X Paralympic Winter Games will be staged in Vancouver and Whistler from March 12 to 21, 2010. Visit vancouver 2010.com . The 2010 Paralympic Winter Games sport program includes five sports and 64 medal events:

· Alpine Skiing
· Biathlon
· Cross-Country Skiing
· Ice Sledge Hockey
· Wheelchair Curling

Each day during the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games, Whistler Village Square will continue to epitomize the après action Whistler is famous for!

Spectator access is free to the Victory Ceremonies at Whistler Medals Plaza and via an at-venue queue, located in Village Stroll directly outside the plaza. Spectator access is limited to 5,000 people nightly. Gates open at 5:30 pm.

The defining celebration of Whistler, the TELUS World Ski and Snowboard Festival is a 10 day and night showcase of the latest progressions in the skiing and snowboarding world, where even the arts events are packed full of adrenaline.
