Pemberton World Mountain Sports Festival

Pemberton Games, an international mountain sports festival will take place in Pemberton, British Columbia, Canada on May 21-29 2010. This is a grass roots event organized for the community of mountain sports enthusiasts to get together and share our love of outdoors sports. The organizers are expecting 2,500 people to attend. By uniting several sports under one umbrella we will appear stronger in the face of media and potential sponsors and not seen as only a “fringe“ group or sport.

During Pemberton Games there will be many other activities for friends, families, spectators and media. Nightly Bonfires at designated venues, salsa instruction and dance nights, DJs and live performances.

Other sports /events / breakfasts / art / outdoor adventure bargains/cultural displays welcome and TBA as they come on board with their events as we monitor them.

HEADQUARTERAS INFO CENTRE for Pemberton Games will be at Mexican Lindo Restaurant, in downtown Pemberton Hotel, will act as the information Centre, with maps given out on campground, B&B locations and higher end lodging at Pemberton Lodge and B&B around valley.

It will be up to foreign guests to carry their own medical insurance and any semi professional sport organisation carries their own liability as HPAC for paragliding.
